STEPS TO TAKE
1. CHOOSE A PUPPY THAT YOU LIKE AND THEN FILL OUT OUR QUESTIONNAIRE UNDER THE 'QUESTIONNAIRE' BUTTON ABOVE.
2. EMAIL OR CALL US TO RESERVE YOUR NEW LITTLE COMPANION: TEL NUMBER: 970-409-0118. ONCE YOU PAY IN FULL, WE WILL SEND YOU THE CONTRACT AND GO OVER THE DETAILS FOR YOUR NEW BABY!
3. TO RESERVE A PUPPY, A DEPOSIT OF HALF DOWN IS REQUIRED. THE REST OF THE BALANCE DUE IS REQUIRED 7 DAYS BEFORE PICKING UP THE PUPPY (UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE CONTRACT).
4. IF YOU ARE NOT IN OUR AREA DON'T WORRY BECAUSE WE ALSO SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE USA! WE USUALLY SHIP DELTA AIRLINES BECAUSE OF THEIR IMPECCABLE REPUTATION WITH SHIPPING LIVE ANIMALS. (PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP OUT OF THE COUNTRY). JUST SEND US AN EMAIL ABOUT THE PUPPY THAT YOU LIKE AND CALL US RIGHT AFTER TO MAKE SURE THAT NO ONE ELSE GETS YOUR PUPPY: 970-409-0118 . IF YOUR PUPPY NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED, THEN WE TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD (OR PAY VIA PAYPAL) AND AIRPORT INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.
IF YOU LIVE IN CANADA, THERE ARE SOME OCCASIONS WHERE WE WILL HAND DELIVER A PUPPY TO YOU. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL TO SEE IF THE AREA YOU LIVE IN IS ELIGIBLE FOR HAND DELIVER.
5. ONCE YOU ARE APPROVED AND THE FINAL PAYMENT HAS PROCESSED, THEN YOUR NEW PUPPY IS ON ITS WAY TO YOU! WE WILL SCHEDULE A TIME FOR YOUR FLIGHT AND YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM THE FLIGHT OPTIONS AVAILABLE UNDER THE 'SHIPPING' BUTTON ABOVE.
6. WE SCHEDULE THE FLIGHT FOR YOUR PUPPY AND CALL YOU WITH THE INFORMATION. IT'S SIMPLE, ALL YOU DO IS SHOW YOUR ID AT THE AIRPORT OF YOUR CHOICE AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE PUPPY. IT'S JUST LIKE PICKING UP A PERSON, IT'S SAFE, FAST, AND EASY.
7. GET EXCITED AND PREPARE FOR YOUR LITTLE ONE'S ARRIVAL!
8. PICK UP YOUR PUPPY AT THE AIRPORT- SOME AIRPORTS GIVE YOU THE PUPPY AT THE BAGGAGE DEPARTMENT. PLEASE CALL THE AIRPORT IN YOUR AREA TO CONFIRM THIS INFORMATION.
9. SEND US AN EMAIL WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PUPPY AND PICTURES!
THE PROCESS IS VERY SIMPLE AND WE ARE HERE TO GUIDE YOU ALL OF THE WAY THROUGH
All the puppies have to see a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from receiving the puppy. We can walk you through this process to make sure that everything is going well.
We do not offer refunds on any payments deposit or full payment for change of heart decisions no matter the circumstance. The only time a refund is given is if we determine you are not a suitable home for one of our puppies or if in the event the puppy has developed a life threatening defect or issue. Taking on a puppy should be considered to be a big decision and we encourage you to really think about the needs of your new little one. We do not offer exchanges after a puppy has reached its home for the reason you do not like the puppy, but we may discuss arrangements to take the puppy back under certain circumstances. The only time exchanges are applicable would be if the puppy developed a life threatening defect under our health warranty contract. You may request a buyout for the puppy in question and we may offer you a partial offer in return for the puppy. For details, please call or email.
